Acceptable Use & Content Policy

Version 1 · Effective 2026-07-23

Scope — you are the publisher

This policy applies to every clinic and user of Tnuvia and to all content you create, generate, upload or publish through the platform — your website, your social and ad content, and any AI-assisted media. Tnuvia provides the tools; you are the publisher and remain responsible for the content, its accuracy, and the consents behind it. Accepting this policy is a condition of using Tnuvia; breach may lead to the consequences in the final section.

Prohibited uses

You must not use Tnuvia for any unlawful activity; to gain or attempt unauthorised access to any system or data; to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the platform or circumvent its security or usage limits; to resell or sublicense the service without permission; to scrape or harvest data; or to upload, distribute or generate malware, or send spam.

Messaging and consent

You must not send unsolicited or non-consented email, SMS or WhatsApp messages. You are responsible for obtaining and keeping records of valid consent for the messages you send, for honouring opt-outs and unsubscribe requests promptly, and for complying with the electronic-communications and marketing rules that apply to your clinic. Use the platform's consent capture and opt-out handling; do not attempt to bypass them.

Patient imagery and confidentiality

Do not upload or publish identifiable patient photos, videos or case material without documented, valid consent from that patient covering the specific use. Never store clinical records, diagnoses or treatment notes in the platform — it is not a clinical record system. Keep patient confidentiality at all times; where consent is withdrawn, remove the content.

Healthcare advertising and professional conduct

Content must not make misleading claims about treatments, outcomes, safety or qualifications. Claims must be accurate and substantiated, and any pricing statement must be correct and not misleading. You must comply with the advertising rules and the dental-board / professional-conduct rules that apply in your jurisdiction. Where local rules are stricter than this policy, the stricter rule governs.

Before/after and AI-generated content

Before/after content may only show genuine cases of real patients, with consent, captioned appropriately, and not retouched in a way that misleads. AI-generated imagery must NEVER be presented as a real patient, a real result, or as before/after evidence. AI-assisted drafts require human review before publishing. Do not fabricate credentials, reviews, testimonials or statistics, do not impersonate real people, and respect third-party intellectual-property and publicity rights.

Intellectual property

Only upload or publish content you own or have the rights to use. You are responsible for clearing any third-party images, fonts, music or text you introduce.

Reporting content

Anyone who believes content on a Tnuvia-hosted site breaches this policy or the law can report it through our reporting form. We review reports, may contact the clinic, and can require removal or take the steps below. Reports are handled with an internal audit trail.

Consequences of breach

Where content or use breaches this policy, we may — proportionately to the seriousness and usually with notice — remove or disable the content, suspend the affected site or account, or, for serious or repeated breaches, terminate the service. We record the reason and notify the clinic. Urgent illegality or a clear risk of harm may require immediate action; otherwise we aim to give you an opportunity to fix the issue first.
