Where is the practice and is there parking?
We are situated at: Budapest: Tátra utca 5/D, 1136 (only public parking in the neighbourhood) Gödöllő: Szilhát utca 47., 2100 (only public parking in the neighbourhood)
What languages do you speak?
Consultations are available in English, French and Hungarian.
How do payments work and do you take insurance?
Treatment is self-pay (private). We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfer, and provide an invoice for private insurance if needed.
What happens at a first visit?
An initial consultation is a thorough exchange and examination without rushing. We assess the condition of your teeth and periodontal tissues, discuss your wishes, and explain the options and likely costs before any decision is made.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Thursday 9:00–18:00 and Friday 9:00–16:00. We are closed at the weekend.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Larger treatments can be spread over interest-free instalments, and you always receive a clear written estimate before anything begins. We accept major cards and bank transfer.
What is your cancellation policy?
We simply ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. You can reschedule by phone or email at any time. If the appointment is canceled in less than 24 hours' notice or unattended we kindly ask the patients to pay a fixed fee regarding the time slot we blocked for them.
How should I prepare for a whitening appointment?
No special preparation is needed. We usually recommend a hygiene visit beforehand for the most even result, and we'll talk you through aftercare to make sure everything goes as planned.
